Snipes Mountain is an American Viticultural Area (AVA), an official U.S. wine-growing region recognized by the TTB. It was established in 2009 and covers roughly 4,000 acres in Yakima County, Washington. It lies within the Yakima Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs.
